Our Story

Founded in 2010, the Federation of Industry & Management Association emerged from a simple yet powerful vision: to create a platform where global industry excellence meets emerging market innovation.

What began as a network of Fortune 500 executives seeking collaborative solutions has evolved into a comprehensive ecosystem that bridges continents, industries, and company sizes.

In 2022, recognizing India's tremendous potential in manufacturing and technology, we launched our India chapter with a specialized focus on MSME empowerment and defence sector indigenisation.

Today, FIMA represents over 500 member companies across 35 countries, combining the strategic thinking of global leaders with the innovative spirit of India's emerging manufacturers.

Foundation

FIMA established in New York as exclusive alliance for C-suite executives and Fortune 500 companies.
